I noticed that too. Two big pieces of the puzzle: taking out the cabal and honest elections. Elections here and abroad have been rigged for a long time. There was soft rigging like safe district reapportionment, but we have been in hard core rigging for decades. That is why things got so far off the rails. Politicians no longer worried about what the voters think of their policies and actions. Once there are honest elections, the government will be much more responsive to the people.
I recall a decode that said Q was referring to "Goodwin", and Trump mentioned him on a post during the time Q posted 'win' or something
