Fire is spooky shit, I had range fires almost knocking on my door last summer no power @ times it sucks. I slept with one eye open for quite awhile.I feel for those people.
Wildfires are definitely terrifying - especially in strong winds where it changes direction in a blink of an eye and suddenly the fire gains speed.
Prayers for the people and animals in harm's way.
Lahaina 2.0+
so how does this effect the tunnels?
Save ONLY the kids.
It's sad to see. So many lives are going to be heavily impacted. Hopefully there will be an awakening and the factors that allowed this to happen will be addressed. It would be ashame for all of the trauma to result in no positive changes.
Oh no
That would be awful
I will see if the burned out people of Hawaii can do a fundraiser for them with all of their extra cash
Those folks love to keep dead trees, brush, hedges right up next to their houses plus use asphalt shingles. Just clear cut down to the road and make sure your water hose is at the ready. This ain't rocket science, it's called making darn sure your stuff doesn't go up in flames because you worship at the alter of Liberalism. Fore-thought out trumps hindsight every single time.
Probably the only way to clean that place up!
Praying for the safety of these people...I'd hope if the tables were turned, they would be praying for me. In the blink of an eye, in can be any of us.
Depends on the wind direction.
Santa Ana winds blow from the desert west to the ocean. Blows all the smog out to sea.
oK, thanks
That might fix their problems.
