Capitalism works when a monopoly provider of governance isn't in place, corrupting the market and creating protections and regulations that allow big corporations to exist. Corporations truly are the children of governments.
My dad and brother had their own businesses in CA 55 years and 35 years respectively. CA makes it very hard with all the rules and regs. My friend invented a handy tool. They designed and patented the product and manufactured a bunch. No big hardware store would sell them. It's a great tool for painters and under $10. But just like during CV small business died. It's definitely a monopoly. They'll buy your company just to shut it down. Evil Bastards.

In a way, yeah. But many big business owners and ceos are not moral people. Those positions attract immoral people, psychopaths, willing to abuse other people/animals/the whole world, to turn a profit.
