Bring them in and be like 'answer this now that you have a pardon from Biden', and they get bold and answer. Then they say 'thanks, now i just want to say your pardon is not valid and you're going to jail.'
That sounds about right, Tom. And, I'm guessing Tom would know.
A brilliant move by Our Boy Blue Joe. Completely highlights the Fauci criminality, and the criminality of the Biden family, while 'looking like a legit act', even though it isn't.
And people thought Joe wasn't serving the People! (Sure, he may have been forced in to it, but he still stands as The Red Pill Extraordinaire of the last 4 years.)
PARDONGATE:
@realDonaldTrump
should ignore the preemptive, blanket pardons just issued by whoever is running the Biden WH. Specifically, President Trump should immediately court-martial Milley and proceed as appropriate in criminally investigating Fauci and any one else on the Biden's list. The blanket pardons issued by Biden are invalid and constitutional nullities and should be considered to have no legal force or effect.
So: these rely on the general assumption about Nixon insofar as he never got charged -- and so the blanket was never put to a test.
There's one way to find out if a blanket pardon for an unspecified, not yet charged crime is valid.
As with so many other matters, you only want to put something important like this to the test when you're sure of the result. We don't want to accidentally lock into place a mechanism where evil can do whatever it wants to us and then pardon itself, laughing over the wreckage with impunity.
I didn't say I trusted it. I said the sources were provided which we can look at.
One was Brookings Institute, so that's likely to favour commies.
Dear Mr Fitton just gave his opinion with no sources and my first thought was that he might be factually wrong, which I why I looked for a second opinion.
The Supreme Court seems to support Presidential pardons in most cases. I was hoping there might be some cases where they made an objection.
I mean, don't get too reeeeeeeed about a sourced LLM. It's just a web search and they're not to be trusted, either. Use discernment.
It would be great to know that blanket pardons for no named crime are unconstitutional but that wasn't the result returned.
The example used in the link you provided mention Nixon. He was indeed pardoned without naming specific crimes. They were pretty obvious though since he was in the middle of an impeachment. The thing is, they were never actually tested so there (to my knowledge) isn’t any case law backing up that assertion.
You know, i'd like them to play the pardons.

exactly how law enforcement acts when they tell people they want to make a deal for their testimony...
Agreed.
The list of pardonees deserves scrutiny. There is a reason they are on the list.
Proverbs 28:1 states, "The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion“

In short, it’s open season on the high echelon players of the deep state.
Do pardons include military tribunals ?
No (99% sure), so check with a JAG

This is the real answer
Trump needs to get his people in place before anything can happen.
Use your brains!
Plus, it hasn't been a week yet and you dumbasses are expecting the world to be burning.
Patience dumbphucks
I wonder if Trump could pre-pardon me for some things I'd like to get away with?
perplexity ai's sources disagree with Tom :(
Can a US president issue a blanket pardon without mentioning a crime?
( Link is not permanent -- if it's gone, just ask it again yourself )
Are we going to trust AI more than people now? Keep in mind AI must be programmed and trained by people who may or may not have their own agendas.
