Truth.
Let’s take Fauci for example. If we wanted to prove he indeed is guilty of treason, can he be tried for that even with the “presidential pardon” in place? Or since the presidential pardon came FIRST is it too late?
One thing that is true. The pardon power afforded to the Commander In Chief of the United States only applies to offenses against the United States. Fauci funding bioweapons labs and gain of function research was a crime against many countries other than the USA.
No pardon can stop his extradition to another country for crimes against humanity.
I did see something yesterday where apparently Putin, as part of a peace deal for Ukraine, may ask for Fauci to be extradited to Russia to answer for those crimes. Wouldn’t that be something?!

Treason is not pardonable by the President, only by the Senate. Fauci can still be prosecuted for Treason but not for the other crimes.
That is not what the constitution says. That is also not what your linked article(s) say. CONgress doesn't have any oversight over a Presidential pardon, nor does a President have to listen to a DOJ recommendation. The courts do not either. The only thing CONgress can try to do is limit money that could be needed to research for a pardon. POTUS can still pardon for anything Federal - except impeachment. It's black and white. The only way to change it would be a Constitutional Amendment. The Senate has zero authority in the pardon process.
Has anybody researched the ramifications of Military Tribunals (something Q referenced often) in light of these pardons?
