We need to start calling those shitlickers Bank of Italy again.
Bank of America 1904-1998 Bank of America, formerly known as the Bank of Italy, was founded in San Francisco, California, United States, on October 17, 1904, by Amadeo Pietro Giannini. Wikipedia
Uhhhh I missed that they went bankrupt in 1998 before!
Fate Merged with NationsBank to become the Bank of America Corporation - Parent: Transamerica Corporation
OMG!!! Even THEY got bought by Aegon!
Bank of America is headquartered in THE HAGUE! It’s DUTCH!.
Quarter Dutch here. Greenland is subject to Denmark, not the Netherlands. And any company headquartered in the Netherlands is no more reflective of the Dutch than any company headquartered in the U.S. is reflective of the U.S.
I shoulda known I was gonna mess that up. Can’t keep Denmark and The Netherlands unconfused for anything.
You are correct, too. Actions of, let’s say, Major Dutch Companies and the Dutch Government (which is now out of play here, but talking theory) are no more reflective of the Dutch people than any company headquartered in the U.S. would be reflective of the American people (outside of the ones making those business decisions).
However, for a company that’s likely tightly coupled with the government of that country, making a settlement of a land holding in recompense for a massive fraud against another country, could be fair.
(Patriotic) Americans are actually trying to get such recompenses out of those companies directed to us right now as well. There are likely Dutch companies that Danes should likely be trying to do the same with. There are likely countries that Americans in general, or hopefully more specifically certain wealthy Americans, will owe assets to in recompense for wrongs perpetrated by the Corporate-Government complex.
Of course if “BoA” is a Netherlanderese(???) (Belgish??? Van Dammeian!) company, making amends by ceding a Dutch territory obviously wouldn’t make any sense.
Considering that I might be partly from there, I should be ashamed I can’t keep those two countries straight, yet here we are. 😁
Also I was only half serious and mainly thought it was a good joke.
Better results closer to target. Might want to involve Hamlet, the fated prince of Denmark. His soliloquy might be rewritten into a good meme about Denmark and foreign possessions. Have fun!
Just gave Bank of America a spanking...
Yes! Love this man so much!

What did he say?
I missed that part. Do you recall, in general, his BoA comments?
Called him out for turning away conservatives...
Thx!
Just saw this posted as well https://x.com/TrumpWarRoom/status/1882469510130946054
President Trump to BoA: "I hope you're going to open your banks to conservatives because what you're doing is WRONG."
