There will be nothing left to debate or argue about among the leftists. They are going to hear the cold, hard truth straight from the mouths of the ones who committed the crimes.
She committed Treason, which will be provable easily. There has to be a first arrest for Treason to prove to these fuckers that we're not fucking around and will never stand for it again. Who could be brave and insulated enough to make the arrest? We KNOW DJT is willing to press Treason charges because during a Fox interview about Durham, he specifically said that the campaign spying was "Treason, it's Treason", at the time IIRC referencing Obama.
It's going to be hard to prove that one in court, though. The Constitution is pretty clear on the criteria for treason. You have to make war against the US or actively adhere to, or give aid or comfort to, the enemy of the US.
I think it's a better use of time and resources to pursue a different charge with a better chance of sticking.

I think what you are looking for is sedition. It does not require any alliegence to an enemy, but is in effect inciting a revolt against the government.
