In most cases, DEI hires were not the most qualified. This needs to end, especially in the case of FAA Air Traffic Controllers. We absolutely need the most competent, intelligent person for this to prevent future accidents. If someone was hired and they cannot pass a ridged exam and be re-qualified annually, they must be replaced. The entire FAA hiring process has to be re-evaluated.
