Just head to your nearest Gualmart and start making calls. Or, buy a drone and start filming around your neighborhood. If there's a 3 bedroom house with more than 5 cars in the driveway, it's most likely filled with illegals.
Or ask for a concrete pad for your patio. A legal, English speaking semi-knowledgeable contractor will come make the deal with you and you never see him again.
When the illegal group shows up make your call. Try to time it so your pad gets finished. Pay for it with proceeds.
Note: Quality is hit and miss with this method

I have no illegal aliens on my crew. You would talk to me and then you would see me and a bunch of white guys with a couple really cute girls doing your work.
But go to the jobsites in the new subs. Full of illegals.
