What is everyone's thoughts on how it is going? I believe we are at around 8k?
I assume most people here have done the math on how many a day it would take during Trumps 4 years to make a significant dent. I believe it would have to be almost 8k+ a day....
So that said this is way under the amount needed per day. By quite a large margin. DO you think it will only amp up and become more efficient? I really am hoping for at least 75% gone.
Also I understand there are illegals deporting themselves. So the number currently could be higher.
What is everyone's general thoughts?
Two things need to happen. One shut off all welfare, and charity money to the illegals. Second, start fining the living hell out of any company caught employing illegals.
They will have two choices get the hell out, or turn to crime. There are already a lot of them that are criminals, but the rest turning to crime will harden the resolve of even the most liberal of shit heads once they or their people become victims.
This. Most will self deport. We can deal with the leftover criminals.

I think once politicians, law enforcement, NGO staff, and others start getting arrested for harboring illegals/violating federal law suddenly Tom Homan will have a bunch of volunteers to help in the effort
When you are going after the real baddies, it is one or two at a time. When you get past them, it will get faster. Also it is likely not counting all the ones that are self deporting.

I'm not sure where to find the aggregate total numbers but I have heard reported 30k alone going to Guantanamo Bay. This does not include the daily flights and bussing of deportees.
From much I've read and heard from Trump directly, first priority is gathering up known terrorists, gang members and criminals, especially those having already committed crimes on US soil.
The trouble comes when you have for instance, in the state of New York 800k on the immediate high-risk snatch and grab list with less than 300 Ice agents in the region to get them all.

We’ve had a specific focus to start out: convicted criminals. Once most of them are gone I assume they’ll ramp things up to include every illegal. They really should toy with the idea of giving them money and a free ride home to leave, with the promise that if they volunteer, they won’t be barred from ever coming back someday.
I agree get as many out as possible.
I am not a whizz at math lol but even I was very surprised by how many a day it would take. And we all know they are not honest about how many are actually here illegally.
But I suppose we haven't come this far without trusting in the process and having faith in god.
