I take it this was not an Obama/Biden appointed judge.
U.S. District Judge John Bates made the ruling.
Who appointed judge John Bates? He was appointed by President George W. Bush in December 2001.
Possibly a swamp judge that's fearing for his life.

You don't understand, the judicial branch is realizing to stick their noses into this house cleaning is to jam their entire arm completely into a wood chipper. Maybe through grapevine they have been told. Don't fuck with this, the people are on the warpath and interfering is going to get a very angry populous incensed. So lawful is lawful and let it roll, covering corruption of this magnitude is suicide. So tread carefully. BTW, controlled judges are still embedded in our government. The Legislative and Judicial branches can not tell the Executive branch that their designated agents can not enter a department within the executive.
The desperation is growing and reaching the panic threshold. We are probably days away from a border run and when that fails their attempt at an ultimate denial of Justice, suicide weekend. That too will fail, God will have our backs.

I don't see how any judge who is part of the judicial branch of govt can rule anything done in the executive branch. Separation of powers.
