TRUMP-Guess you just have to shut down the treasury completely. Utilize the tariffs and all the gold we have reclaimed from Vatican and around world. Abolish Federal Reserve as it's a private owned company with shareholders. It's a criminal enterprise. If you can't clean it, abolish it. Oh, and run the judge through payout system. He's in there.
Me too but I’d suggest make that number much higher than 1%. We can start with 90% this year and purge the entire fucking temple. Next year we can bring that number down
The only problem is you can't fire federal judges. The only way to remove them is to impeach and convict them.
The Founders thought this would make judges independent.
But they are too independent -- by not following the law.
There needs to be a way to remove judges who do not follow the law.
Problem is, that can be "in the eye of the beholder."
And who determines the "worst 1%" each year?
We need a constitutional amendment on this. Make judges have limited terms, maybe 10 years.
Ideally, the worst ones should be prosecuted, removed from the bench, and sent to prison.
But which judges would be holding those trials?
Even if it was some sort of commission, who would be on it? Soros people?
There was a judge years ago who ended up going to prison for something unrelated to being a judge.
After, he was asked if his experience changed his perspective on sending people to prison as a judge. He said, "I would have to think long and hard about it, now."
Sending the bad ones to prison, however that has to be done, is the biggest tool we could have.
We also have to be able to sue he judges who do not follow the law. Sue them in their personal capacity. We have the ability to do that -- in theory -- but nobody does it because attorneys don't want those cases and the case still has to go before a judge, who is biased in favor of judges no being held accountable.
“After the [CNN] debate, Hunter basically commandeered the White House. He sat in on all of the White House top-level meetings. We had a former cocaine addict sitting in on the most sensitive meetings of the most consequential and most important government in world history. Does that sit right with you?"
GOOD IDEAS, HOWEVER THAT TAKES MORE SUPPORT THAN WE CURRENTLY HAVE THAT WOULD SCARE THE BEJEEBERS OUT OF BOTH PARTIES! TO MANY PAJAMA BOYS AND PUSSIES ABOUT OVER IN THOSE BUILDINGS!
Any judges decision that is overruled by a higher court should be disbarred for minimum of 1 year with no pay. See how they then perform and if they get overruled a 2nd time, they are permanently disbarred.

" Abolish Federal Reserve "
...a major step in reclaiming the nations trust...
I like this idea.
"I like this idea."
...wags tail agreeably...

We need more accountability, punishment, and consequences for this behavior, or this behavior will only continue and grow.
"We need more accountability, punishment, and consequences for this behavior, or this behavior will only continue and grow."
...that is a sobering thought...
The "Appointed Judge" has spoken about actions of the newly Appointed.
"The "Appointed Judge" has spoken about actions of the newly Appointed."
...a law degree is not always required to hold a judgeship...
Appointing judges is allowed. The problem is that whichever president appoints one, has political opponents, who will disagree with his choices.
The problem is that when there is a Democratic President in power, the Republicans basically approve the appointments with token opposition.
Yes, that is the two wings, one bird nature of the uni-party.
The 'democrat' view was considered the 'adult' one.
No more.
"The problem is that whichever president appoints one, has political opponents, who will disagree with his choices."
...we seem to have a problem there...

In other words, "Who will judge the judges?"
"The only problem is you can't fire federal judges."
...for a wee bit longer perhaps...
Military is the only way.
The dems complain that Musk was not elected.
That's right, he was APPOINTED.
This whole thing is BS, when:

But that was totally fine.
"This whole thing is BS"
...stop...
...period...
...end of discussion...
The problem is that activist judges need to be impeached and then removed through a Senate trial.
" activist judges need to be impeached and then removed through a Senate trial."
...next on the agenda, streamlining that process...
Honestly the US House needs to pass an impeachment inquiry against multiple judges.

...your solution is an obvious use of common sense which renders the solution null and therefore cannot be utilized...
