There've been a few threads about removing judges for bad behavior, a legitimate way to remove them that's a lot easier than impeachment (simple majority of house instead of 2/3, and no senate votes, iirc).

These judges should be ignored by the Trump administration. They have little authority unless the actions are unconstitutional. The aid being redirected and skimmed is definitely unconstitutional.
Let [them] expend useless ammo. All it's really effective at is exposing more activist judge sleeper cells. Which is always a good thing.

These are inferior Courts and they actually have no impact on an Executive action, only the Supreme Court can constitutionally affect another Branch via a ruling. All of these rulings IMHO are simply going to force the Supreme Court to render an opinion that will stop such nonsense, it takes time to go through the process. If I'm wrong then the Executive can simply ignore them which has been done before.
