Well I am in Northern Canada and this is the worst I have seen in 20 years. It snowed every day for the last 2 months until yesterday. We cant even see going out our driveway if a car is coming down the road. The snowbanks are so high.
It made me laugh though because it was all of Canada this year. Usually out west and Toronto dont get hardly any but they have been buried this year.

I live in middle Tennessee and as soon as the state legislature passed the law about no chemtrails, the skies started looking bluer and it's raining more. When I first moved here in 2018, I noted that it rained about every three days. The past few years it hasn't rained nearly as much and started looking dry, like California (where I'm from). Now it seems almost back to normal. I don't think it was a natural drought because it stopped so abruptly.
I concur with your observation. I'm in upstate SC, sandwiched between the lakes and the mountains. No snow for 3 years and 4 snowfalls since the first of the year.
