Do you really think many of the people that can afford to fly a plane, are any smarter than a lot of people that own boats but have no frigging business operating anything on the water, must less in the sky's.
If they can get into a plane and fly it, I expect them to be smart enough to know where and where not to fly it.
If they can get into a boat and drive it, I expect them to not run into a dock running wide open lol.
