For a treat I like to have 2 eggs over easy and put cheese slices on the eggs. Then put a porous pizza pan over the frying pan for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Then I put them on a piece of Toasted bread.
You see it A LOT in movies and series, almost like it's muscle-memory(wave your hand about like you're pointing and see how unnatural it is to do it with your pinkie out unless you actually make it happen....................)
