I have seen some alternate posts on X. Stuff they already delivered on & not all Supremes must decide this type of judgement. Not everyone weighed in. It can be appealed and all of them will weigh in. We need to stream line these Judicial reviews with all judges.
The most likely next steps by the Administration will be to slow walk payment and seek proof the “work” was actually performed. That’s a common practice in business and even in some parts of the government, like Defense.
Musk said in a recent Rogan interview NGO’s that made even a small effort to prove they actually performed their supposed mission received payment. That suggests those who did not get paid made no effort to prove they actually performed work.

I'm leaning toward the latter with Roberts and Barrett and the former/both on the other three black-robed clowns.

As usual, there's a lot more nuance to this SC decision in terms of what was brought before them and what they ruled on.

This is not a good sign of things to come. We may be looking in the future at a real Constitutional crisis. The Executive vs. the Judicial.
This could be easily addressed by Congress if they weren't so inept and compromised themselves.
