I am rooting for two of the last names arrested to be Vindman.. but would be happy with one.
All three of them are Chinese and are spying on behalf of China.
Jian Zhao, Li Tian, and Ruoyu Duan.
Are they legal immigrants? Are they 2nd Gen citizens? Were their parents accepted under the Refugee program? Were the 3 young men recruited as spies after they joined the US Military? Or, before they joined?
There is a thing called (I think) the Chinese Student Ambassador program (or similar) for children of Chinese parents who have immigrated to or sought a second home or refugee status in the U.S.
The children are recruited to gather 'information' about the US on a continuous schedule that is to be sent to China for military and surveillance purposes.
We need to also look into their family members and parents if they are residing in the US to see if they, too are spying.

"Jian Zhao, and Li Tian, active-duty U.S. Army soldiers stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, along with Ruoyu Duan, a former U.S. Army soldier, were arrested today following indictments by federal grand juries in the District of Oregon and the Western District of Washington.
Tian and Duan were charged in the District of Oregon for conspiring to commit bribery and theft of government property. Zhao was charged in the Western District of Washington for conspiring to obtain and transmit national defense information to an individual not authorized to receive it, and also for bribery and theft of government property."
“The defendants arrested today are accused of betraying our country, actively working to weaken America’s defense capabilities and empowering our adversaries in China,” said Attorney General Pamela J. Bondi.
“They will face swift, severe, and comprehensive justice.”
