Congress does not have the power to pass laws that override the Constitution, such as by expanding the scope of the Supreme Court’s original jurisdiction.
"No such ideas obtain here; at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects" Page 2 US 471
"...because it brings into action and enforces this great and glorious principle -- that the people are the sovereign of this country, and consequently that fellow citizens and joint sovereigns cannot be degraded by appearing with each other in their own courts to have their controversies determined." This is essentially how most European countries operate. You must follow the rules made by the civil servants or the civil service judge will throw you into a jail run by civil servants.
You have no rights, the social contract has been shredded.
Yes. But when you try it, you get fucked. It’s still one big scam, my man.
It’s called the right of locomotion. SCOTUS has held on like 18 occasions they we have a right to travel upon the roadways in our cars without license or registration, but too few people know for it to matter. And many like the licensing system for driving. Makes them feel safer.
Correct. The rest is a game operating under color of law. But good luck fighting that system. Too many brainwashed who love their safety more than their liberty.
That's wonderful. If you have the $250k to fight it in court. Because they don't care what POTUS rules. They will still arrest you. You might beat the case, but you won't beat the ride. Lawfare is a real thing, and our laws need to change to protect our rights against this.
Thanks for that information. But same story. The citizen is always on a back footing. He has to run the gauntlet of hostile police officers who are “enforcing” the law, adversarial government agencies bringing the “charges” and maybe even the courts to top it off. That’s not even counting the lawyer(s) he has to hire. All this for his “liberty”!
Damn I want my money back on my carry permit.
Can we get a class action lawsuit going?
I'm in!
Should do this for every license.
don't forget about this one too

Careful you may get back to a sensitive area:

Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 419 (1793)
Yeah... but it's called, compelled performance and you do it because they have more and bigger guns than you.
Think about it ... how many things are done under the threat of violence.

The threat of violence didn't stop the beheading of Frances monarchy.
What about state issued drivers license?
Yes. But when you try it, you get fucked. It’s still one big scam, my man.

I believe only those who conduct commerce on the road are required to be licensed. Therefore, the vast majority of us do not.
Driver : An expert in driving a team (usually 8) of horses carrying (usually expensive) cargo.
Dude riding in the buggy or a farm wagon was not a driver.
Funny how they like to change the definition of things. As it has been from the beginning:
"Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. --- Genesis 11:7

Yes but sovcits get treated worse than anyone, by nearly everyone else
Yes but citizens aren't sovereign, that's just crazy talk! We're property of the sovereign state that licenses us!!
Sovcits are loonier than flat earthers! Just ask any JUDGE!!
