Many Japanese -Americans fought honorably in the US military services during WWII as the FDR administration made it the only alternative to living in the internment camp. The state of California also stole the land they purchased and never reimbursed them. There was a better way to deal with this situation.
It's not in the constitution, that our rights fall under different rules, during wartime. If it was, they are not rights, but temporary permitions from the govt. Many/ most of these people were born here. I also noticed they didn't lock up any Germans.
There was sincere fear that after pearl harbor the Japanese would invade our west coast. And we were without defense. I was not approving the camps, just telling a fact. My close friend was the daughter of a member of the Japanese American unit which served in Europe.
These courts had nothing to say when Japanese Americans were rounded up and put in camps.
A black eye on American history under the FDR administration. FDR gave us other disgraceful acts during his term.
The left doesn't mind, when it's their concentration camps.
They would have rounded up all the un- vaxinated in a heart beat.
Only in retrospect do we think this. At the time, nobody knew what the Japanese would do or with whom they would aline.
That was 80 years ago. You can't judge their actions based on what we've learned in the last 80 years, things which they could not have known.

Guess what all these have in common:
Japanese Internment Camps
Ku Klux Klan
Lestor Maddox openly calling for segregation
LBJ
Withholding votes for Civil Rights in the early 1900s
We were in a declared war. Different rules can apply.

Or italians
They would have done the same to us unvaxed, in a heartbeat.

It was made up by the commies in the press,to push us into war against the Japanese to take the pressure off Russia.
No one with half a brain thought it possible. Just look at the population difference and how many rifles we had.
But it showed that our rights meant nothing,to the fuktards running things. And people bought into it so hard, that they still defend it today.
Why would a supposed expert in the law know that? The only people dumber than biden are these libtarded judges.
The supreme court decision says that it has to be under a "Declared War". Did he declare a war? Or was one declared as part of a national emergency?
Love this post! Hopefully, the Supreme Court will soon rule on all the other judicial assaults against Trump and his Presidential Powers.
Not open to judicial review.
