Anybody know if the administration has at least sent an appeal to SCOTUS about these rogue rulings yet? If not, any idea why? If so, any idea if SCOTUS had replied yet about taking up the case yet or not?
Something tells me this is another part of the show. Basically have rogue judges stop every single thing we’re trying to do, to the point of ridiculous, then rule on it all at once?
Anybody got info on that?
The U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled that military tribunals used to try civilians in any jurisdiction where the civil courts were functioning were unconstitutional, with its decision in Ex parte Milligan (1866).
Think of it. The U.S. is about to have massive Federal RICO law trials, federal fraud trials and even theft of public funds, corruption, conspiracy to election fraud and even treason. Massive Federal trials of tens of thousands of corrupt politicians and businessmen.
Now... imagine if it has been proven that the Federal Courts are corrupt and non-functioning. Federal Court cases can then be legally tried by military tribunals. That wouldn't affect state or local courts. Federal judges are making the case for the Federal Court system being politically biased and corrupted, therefore non-functioning.
Good analysis. Also, these anti-Tesla destroyers being labeled domestic terrorists would be excellent candidates for trial by the military. Show the country that it's a new day in America. They will give up anyone who paid them to do the damage and bye-bye Democrats.
Thanks fren. Everything has meaning then for the completion of the plan.
Justice Roberts overturned one decision, thus not reinstating USAID pay-outs. But Roberts is a Soros/DS compromised Justice, who is not in favor of diminishing the courts power definitively.
I'm sure there are 5D chess moves at play here.
Besides all that, for example, I think Tesla's being torched and all this lunacy is just a scripted part of the show.
All I know for sure is that I need more popcorn, seriously, I only have one bag left.
Now I get why Grassley has been harvesting all of that corn. It's just to store it for watching this unfold.
It looks to me like these judges are simply outing themselves as conflicted and corrupt.
Movie
He can ignore them.
Since these courts have absolutely no jurisdiction, yes, they can be ignored.
Imagine you have never been to the UK, and have no ties or allegiances there. A prosecutor in a rural village wants you to explain why you should not be jailed for your social media posts. How much time will you spend communicating with this prosecutor?
None and I won’t be going there anytime in the future! Thank you! 😉
