Why Doesn't This Make Sense To Me? The EAC 2020 EAVS Report To Congress Says on Page 1, "Slightly More Than 43% Voted Via Mail...30.6% Voted In Person Before Election Day...30.5% Voted In Person On Election Day.". Me: 43+30.6+30.5 = 104.1%. Huh?

The fix for 2024 is already in. I give you: chairwoman for the Election “Assistance” Commission who just started her 2023-2024 term. Obama appointed Christy McCormick to the EAC. The real kick in the face? She was EAC chair in 2020.
