JUST IN: Obama Judge in San Francisco Blocks President Trump From Revoking 'Temporary' Protected Status For Hundreds of Thousand...
A federal judge has halted President Trump's attempt to rescind deportation protections for 350,000 Venezuelans, raising significant questions about immigration policy and judicial power in the current political landscape.
I guess any judge, anywhere, at any time, can override a president's orders because of feelings.
Hey, we all voted for district judges last Nov 5 to run our country. Remember?

These assholes are totally out of control. They couldn’t make it any more obvious what their objective is.
OK, so they have lines of these type judges.
Here we go again. [sigh]
Prolly have to just ignore him and leave him to try and pound through his desk with his little mallet, while going red in the face.
350 000 sounds like an army to me. Any demographics? Deportation is prolly the most humane thing - voluntary self-deportation would follow a revocation for a start, and let the Habeus claims sort out the 'my mum is American' or something.
We have more then that In San Diego . East in Cali got blasted with a couple million . It’s like ElSalvador or Venezuela up in thst area ! Bad bad news !
Ignore him.
He looks like an illegal alien too
Arrests !
Attention all judges: The bus for the "El Salvador" field trip is waiting for you...
I have a stupid question🤣🤣
There are so many of these federal judges spread out around the country. What happens if a handful of them obstruct Trump from deporting wetbacks, and a different handful confirm that Trump has a duty to continue the deportations.
Or is this a situation where the circuit matters, like the 9th Circuit makes silly decisions, but they don't apply elsewhere?
