I believe FORD makes 85% of it's vehicles here and is in position to do very well. I have only bought FORD after they were the only car company to reject the bailout money back during Obama's term.
2 new cars, 2 new trucks and my granddaughter bought a new Ford Eco sport since the bailout. I will always remember for my entire life and purchase accordingly
🚨 #BREAKING: For the next couple months, FORD is offering American customers employee pricing worth thousands of dollars
"FROM AMERICA, FOR AMERICA" deal.
"Ford, the most-American auto company, is gonna do right by them."
"We make the most cars here. We employ the most, we export the most. We here, at Ford, are in a good position to address customers' concern, and give them a great deal."
I'll stick with my Tundra. I'll pay less, and drive it twice as far. My first one went 300K without a problem and the current model is at 255K, but had to replace the air conditioner compressor on it at about 175K.
When Ford, Chevy, and Dodge start making something remains reliable that long I'll take a look.
Honda and Toyota used to be the gold standard, but even they lost the plot in the last few years. They're probably still the best right now, but they pale in comparison to what they were 20 or even 10 years ago.
Hopefully now that the Biden boot is off the throats of the automakers, they'll start worrying about the reputations again.
Yeahhhh, how about drop your prices another 30-50% to get back on planet Earth. 60k for a new ranger folks...

Unfortunately, you have to buy a Ford.
As an existing owner, wouldn't recommend it.
YMMV
Fix Or Repair Daily
Found On Road Dead
Backwards
Driver Returning On Foot
Fucked on race day
My 5.3L 3 valve in F150 cratered at 130,000 miles. Modular V8 had numerous failure modes built into the mechanical design. Junk.

Those experiencing bearing failures would have something to debate you on lol.
We're on our fourth Toyota, and never experience that problem.
Too little to late dumbass's the reality is stagflation is here.
QUESTION
What do you think is the best auto maker?
Right now, they all suck IMHO.

Ill give you 25k for the truck I want.
