They invent nothing, just copy and mass produce cheap knockoffs, often before the original idea has time to get to the market.
I figure that will sort itself out in time. Them stealing patents and making cheap knockoffs was financially beneficial cause they weren't in a tariff war with America. Now that cheap knockoff they make may be priced higher then the real produce because of the tariff. Would it be worth it then, I think not.

Exactly, giving all countries a break but minimum is 10%. All the rest is half of what they are charging, so if China increases then, Trump increases theirs also.

Technically, the rates on Trump's chart were Trade imbalance ratios, not Tariffs. But he is just making it easy to choose a number, I think.
