Scientists Achieve World’s First Animal ‘De-Extinction’ — Resurrect Dire Wolf Species Lost for 12,500 Years and Popularized on ‘...
A Texas biotechnology company has announced the world’s first animal “de-extinction“ by reviving the dire wolf after over 10,000 years.
I won't get excited until I see a T-Rex.
If you ever see a T-Rex, I guarantee you'll be excited. 😂
🤣
Bring back the passenger pigeon.
Odd, since the earth is only about ~6,000 years old. God will not be mocked.
...Its at the center of the solar system/universe and flat also.
They are just replacing DNA information that was lost. Without information there would be no physical life & that coding comes from that mind of GOD.
That was my first thought, too. :)
DNA taken from fossils?
Doesn't look at all like biden...
From a CNN article:
“There’s no secret that across the genome, this is 99.9% gray wolf. There is going to be an argument in the scientific community regarding how many genes need to be changed to make a dire wolf, but this is really a philosophical question,” Dalén said.
Also from the article:
"Colossal has been working toward resurrecting the mammoth, dodo and Tasmanian tiger since 2021, but the company had not previously publicized its work on dire wolves."
So, the only one they are successful with is the wolf which are still alive today? I've seen white wolves at the zoo. This is so fake and ghey.
There was a breeder who was breeding Great Pyrenees , Malamutes, with German Shepherd dogs, and was getting very good results with the looks of it, bred for docile temperaments, the results were good with looks, and a fairly stupid animal. Where will these canines be useful, Zoos? How sad, really. If we want to make animal species come back, raise heirloom breeds.
Do they know what a car is? Don't let them out of the cage. Most of the re-introduced Red Wolves of North Carolina got run over.
Have none of these people ever seen the Jurassic Park movies???
Next they release them, and scare the sheep away from nature.
One more way they keep people locked up in their smart cities.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should...
Food for thought...dog comms for cloning polititions?
