IMHO: 'Would rather have arrests occur after an airtight case hase been developed against them, rather than immediate arrests based on quickly-thrown-together, insufficently-developed charges that pacify the public's impatience and lust for retaliation/"blood" but result in them getting off scott-free.
At this point it should also include aiding and abetting. I'd love to see Michelle Wu charged with sex crimes against minors she helped facilitate by releasing this criminal back into the community.
