Kratsios spoke at the "Endless Frontiers Retreat" on April 14 in Austin, Texas.
The retreat featured officials from the Trump, Biden, Obama and Bush administrations, defense and intelligence experts, scientists and various deep-pocket investors.
The retreat was co-sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which has been claimed by conspiracy theorists to be a "shadow government" pushing for a global "New World Order".
In 2024, CFR produced a credulous podcast about how UFOs are a national security security threat. The podcast promoted several false or inaccurate narratives.
Baylor University was, as recently as 2024, the home of Eric Davis - an astrophysicist and major UFO figure who's written "crackpot" papers about psychic spoon bending, wormholes and time travel.
Austin is the home of Hal Puthoff, another major figure in UFO circles. His Austin-based company Earthtech is made up of Baylor's Eric Davis (above) and his sons. His son's alma mater is University of Texas at Austin (another sponsor of this retreat). Perhaps a coincidence, but ...
