And IF they do get to break away, set them up as a Territory First, with a Probationary Period of like 20 Years to build up their Population, before applying for Statehood, otherwise we will have the same MESS that was NYC and most Northern States the year before Lincolns War Upon the States....

They are trying to build a commitment to vote because the problem with this type of thing is that reaching the number of people in the time frame is barely possible. If you build up an email list of 250,000 people getting the 177,000 sigs in 120 days will be a cinch because you've done the legwork.
This is step one in MANY steps. But the point here is the growth of the separatist movement.
