"Particularly as a Black man" was aimed at the man she was talking to. I do not interpret this as an admission of her/his real gender. Though I believe that Michelle is Michael, this sound byte (though funny) is not the smoking gun we wish it was.

I wouldn't be surprised to find that Michelle (Michael) is being coy in wording these interviews to cause these potential non admission admissions.
So it says these exact words (ignoring intonation, punctuation, and pauses: "you are being a role model for dealing with a child that's transgender umm and that's you know that warms my heart particularly as a black man umm [stumbles for words] would you care to share that journey"
So the question becomes is Michelle starting a new sentence at the word "particularly"? If the sentence begins after particularly, then that new sentence would have to start at the phrase "would you care...".
If that is the case, then this is an direct admission. If the next sentence begins at the word "particularly", then it's a parenthetical phrase and in that context serves to restate a aspect of the person being interviewed by Michelle.
I often think people who are living a lie will drop word and phrase choices subconsciously that will suggest the reality they are trying to lie or fool people about. This is my first thought on what I believe is happening here in that audio clip.

This seems like a careful set up to make the "Big Mike" crowd look bad. He couldn't of said the line any more clearly with the camera on him to end the sound bite. They are trying to rebuild his image as a female Preditor so he can run for VP with the Liddle communist josh shapiro of PA.
