Most of the Pharmaceutical Companies profit margins are made selling on the U.S Market.
And there’s a multitude of reasons why we’re among the most medicated countries on earth. And eliminating the drugs is unlikely to substantially change health outcomes as most of the time. They are most often prescribed to treat illness, symptoms, and conditions related to other causes. You would have to eliminate the causes to eliminate the drugs.
A few major issues.
We dump chemicals illegal across most of the world on our food supplies in mass.
Products and chemicals we know cause illness are still actively sold in stores. We just placed warning labels on it and pretend it’s okay now. Because now it’s the customers fault if they get sick.
Food processors actively seek to make their products cheaper and more addictive. Via shitloads if sugar, chemical additives, and corn syrup. We consider it part of normal business operations.
There’s plastic in everything now. And we know chemicals leach off the plastic into food, drink, and our general environments.
Lifestyles have generally become more lethargic. But Culturally we still often eat like we’re still all still Frontiersmen, Tradesmen, Construction workers etc. Very physical jobs. Who would eat and use 6,000 and 7,000 calorie diets.
Yes, the entire model for our food source and the food making us sick, and then needing the drugs is in plain sight now. Even if you wanted to eat organic, it’s so hard to know for sure if it’s organic, and what has not been genetically modified. At this point in time, unless you’re growing your own food, and not eating anything processed, and you have your own meat sources… It’s hit and miss. We have started growing some of our own herbs, but that’s small time compared to what we actually eat. I think RFK Junior & MAHA are a huge threat to the pharmaceutical companies. Maybe by offsetting expenses to other countries, they won’t be seething as bad from profit losses, while America tries to return to being more healthier. It’s an evil world we live in. We need a Panacea.
Are we planning on bringing back more of our medicine production? That's the real issue. China and India produce an overwhelming number of our medicines at the moment.
This is a huge problem. With all these talks of tariffs and China being cranky about it, they could literally cut off our drug supply. Granted, many of the pharmaceuticals are not necessary, but many of them are. Insulin being one of them. Not to mention drugs that are used during general surgeries, dental work, and in ER’s. I hate the pharmaceutical companies as much as the next, but at the very least we should be making drugs in our own country. Outsourcing to China has always been a bad idea, not to mention I’m sure that the methods and cleanliness of labs in China are not at the same level in America 🇺🇸
Yes, until domestic manufacturing and offshoring elimination is brought forth in the national discussion and is addressed, this price reduction move will only serve as a roundabout solution.
We've been paying for the world's medication at exorbitant prices while they use profits from us to give it away in foreign countries. We've been getting screwed in every way possible.
For many years the World has wondered why Prescription Drugs and Pharmaceuticals in the United States States of America were SO MUCH HIGHER IN PRICE THAN THEY WERE IN ANY OTHER NATION, SOMETIMES BEING FIVE TO TEN TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE SAME DRUG, MANUFACTURED IN THE EXACT SAME LABORATORY OR PLANT, BY THE SAME COMPANY??? It was always difficult to explain and very embarrassing because, in fact, there was no correct or rightful answer. The Pharmaceutical/Drug Companies would say, for years, that it was Research and Development Costs, and that all of these costs were, and would be, for no reason whatsoever, borne by the "suckers" of America, ALONE. Campaign Contributions can do wonders, but not with me, and not with the Republican Party. We are going to do the right thing, something that the Democrats have fought for many years. Therefore, I am pleased to announce that Tomorrow morning, in the White House, at 9:00 A.M., I will be signing one of the most consequential Executive Orders in our Country's history. Prescription Drug and Pharmaceutical prices will be REDUCED, almost immediately, by 30% to 80%. They will rise throughout the World in order to equalize and, for the first time in many years, bring FAIRNESS TO AMERICA! I will be instituting a MOST FAVORED NATION'S POLICY whereby the United States will pay the same price as the Nation that pays the lowest price anywhere in the World. Our Country will finally be treated fairly, and our citizens Healthcare Costs will be reduced by numbers never even thought of before. Additionally, on top of everything else, the United States will save TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
Sad part is that Americans are the most medicated nation on earth even with the high costs.
A wild guess is that 80% of the prescription drugs could be eliminated and we'd be healthier.
In other words, the drugs are making us sick.

Live like hardcore Amish. Not joking.
SPARE ME THE LIES ABOUT HEALTH https://www.bitchute.com/hashtag/Sparemetheliesabouthealth/
I'd say a ton of it is coping mechanisms. People don't want to actually change and feel positive, they just want to be themselves but less miserable.

4% of the world’s population, consuming 70% of this junk? Don’t only, make it cheaper…make it rare!

He tried doing this his first term and there were so many legal challenges it was never implemented.
I'm not sure what has changed since then and now
This is actually huge.
