But here is the real kicker: The post gets 162 upvotes on GAW.
Think about this. This means that there are at least (at least) 162 frogs out there who have NO LEVEL of discernment, who cannot instantly recognize the red flags, i.e. the absence of times stamps, sauce, etc, the 'perfect' targeting of their biases (aka sensationalist news involving someone everyone loves to despise), etc.
Worse than no discernment, these frogs are actively pursuing and indulging their biases rather than not.
Posts like this should get a reprimand, at the very least. A short ban, imo.
Stuff like this is pushing GAW in the opposite direction from which we should be moving.
Yeah, the 'too <perfect/good/ideal> to be true one is an instant red flag for me. Occasionally, I'm pleasantly surprised when it's actually real (eg like RFK joining Team Trump), but stuff that hinges on "super evil person gets heavy, heavy justice jsut like we want him/her to!" is almost always a red flag, imo.
Despite the upvotes delivered by frogs with, I can only assume, a momentary bout of insanity or hallucination, I'm encouraged that the TOP vote comment is the one asking for sauce, and that a good number of the comment section are asking for sauce, or questioning.
That's not bad, and seems to me to be a step forward (I've seen some shockers in recent years).
Source, please
You know it's fake and ghey when all of the time stamps and source info are removed.
Fact Check: NO Evidence Oprah Winfrey Said She Is Leaving US Over 2024 Presidential Election Results
And you get fake news and you get fake news
EVERYBODY HERE GETS FAKE NEWS!!!

'Can't agree more!.
"Question EVERYTHING," ESPECIALLY, "when something seems too good to be true, it's because it is."

If I could give you 162 upvotes I would!
I'll take it!
