I walked away from Christianity when I was younger. I had come to accept the post-enlightenment era lie that the supernatural wasn't real. And if the supernatural wasn't real, then neither were miracles.
But I never stopped believing in God as a creator, so at least my reasoning still functioned correctly in that regard. I just thought we lived in a clockwork universe set in motion billions of years ago, a view that aligned me with Deism.
Then Q woke me up and showed me evidence of true evil. From there I saw the top-down power structures of this evil controlling the entire world. Then I started wondering why those in power worshipped evil gods that traced back to Babylon. Or why evidence of the Nephilim has been hidden in archeology. Or why Jerry Merzinsky, after 40 years as a psychotherapist, proved undeniably that paranoia schizophrenia is caused by demonic entities. Or all the other evidence of entities influencing this world. Or how these entities recoil at the mention of Christ.
All of this has become new to me in the past 4.5 years. It's probably new to Joe Rogan too. I'm certain he has seen all this evidence and more.
So yeah, recognizing a supernaturally-sourced evil that controls the world will cause a healthy-minded person to seek a church pronto.
It also proves that the concealment of the supernatural was the most effective strategy against Christianity that the fallen angels ever devised.
Praying for you brother; Jesus is the only way. Pray that God opens your heart to receive Him. It's amazing when He does; and I pray that happens for you brother. To the world the Bible is just folly but to those that know Him it is the one source of truth. Truly brother let go and give it a real attempt; it will change everything.
I walked away from church too... and I will never go back.
It was important for my soul to deeply understand what the Christ was teaching and pointing to... and then do that in practice.
This is where religion and I part ways. They'll never truly teach you Christ's true message because if they did, you wouldn't need them anymore, ever again. It's not a good business model...
It takes a certain level of maturity and courage to understand that the Christ doesn't need to be, nor wants to be worshipped. Christ is referred to as, "The Way", not as the destination. There's a reason why. "You can do all these things and more..."
Once your soul reaches a certain level of spiritual understanding, you get just how insanely egotistical and low consciousness the whole worshipping thing really is.... I've had clingy girlfriends that were complete pushovers - what an absolute turn off. Now imagine people wanting to worship you...insert finger into throat and give it a good tickle... I wonder if some can permit themselves to imagine that while the desire to shoot scripture and dogma out of Gatling guns my way burns white hot....
I know what I'm saying here will not connect with most... and it'll get all twisted up into some knee-jerk thing like you're gonna pray for my soul or something... please don't. I'm good.
I don't need religion to follow the pointings of the Christ and to dwell in communion with the Christ in the temple built without human hands...
The Christ said, The kingdom of God is within you. Right here. Right now. Not later. Not after you physically die... Right now. How many are waiting to die to see if you were right vs how many are seeking out the Christ within themselves as instructed?
No answer required - this is completely rhetorical. Your connection to God is your business. I don't run with the herd. God made me this way.
Things people either don't understand or don't want to understand, goes into the cognitive dissonance fallacy filter... especially if you're BAC.
To be clear, if you go to church - good for you. That's your prerogative. I respect that. I just ask for the same respect in return... Let's see if that's possible.
My standard first and foremost is God's Word and truth.
If anyone takes a position that is contrary to God's Word I am not going to "respect" that position anymore than I will "respect" some dude's pronouns that's wearing a dress.
The enemy loves isolating believers and keeping them out of church. I'm not going to respect his accomplishments.
I would encourage you to find a solid church, they are out there. There are dozens of churches in my city that I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire. That doesn't take away from some solid churches out there like the 2 I attend that don't have the problems you listed.
Don't "Do you"
Your Bible actually warns about that quite extensively. Do what God commands.
There's a reason why they come after Christians and Christ. We don't thrive on violence or force. We don't terrorize people like muslims or Jews. We stay peaceful, yet they come after us like we're a "huge" danger.
The reason is because Jesus is the truth. He is who we know he is. The evil forces that we've all uncovered validate that Satan is real and Jesus is our Trump card.
I wish you luck in your walk with Christ. I am struggling with somethings at the moment and trying to rely on him to repent. It's very difficult but throughout my rabbit hole adventures, there's only 1 thing I am 100% certain on.
Jesus is the Savior. The Bible is the most accurate historical piece of evidence we have in human history.
I'm in the same boat as Joe.

Read the book of John. Praying for you!

Over generalization fallacy.
Not all churches and pastors are equal.
God commands His people to be a body together under specific leadership.
You do you...
I'll do me.
