Richard B. Russell. Stole a Q400 from SeaTac. The missile tail was "explained" as a spot light for a search & rescue heli. The masses said, oh -ok. Brain dead are they.
A popular theory is that Richard doesn't exist and the Q400 was remote controlled by the White Hats. They crashed the remote plane into that island specifically because it's privately owned and it gave the NTSB, FAA & FBI a reason to examine the island and collect "evidence".
Theory goes, that historically a lot of weird stuff occurs on that island and that it may be an operations base for C|A, Black Hats, cabal etc.

There is a submarine base at Bangor, Washington, along the Hood Canal, not far from Ketron Island. No extra sub bases needed. As I understand it, Air Force 1 was over the Pacific Ocean when this event occurred. Impossible for a missile shot to reach it (too far, no tracking, no guidance, no system capable). My analysis was that this was an unauthorized SLBM launch due north (to Russia).
