the judge seems like she's helping commit crimes by intentionally helping people doing criminal behavior run rampantly. Sheriff needs to look into this, make a state bar complaint, and replace the state bar with citizens lawyers who have brains and morals.
Same shit happened to me and my mother in law when i was young. Except they played with us for hours before trying to kill us. Police just shrugged and said the descriptions are any young black gang members in the city, didnt even look. Ended up getting mixed up with actual white supremacist in order to try and clean streets up. Turned out Aryan nation also sling meth as a fundraising program, so much for cleaning up the streets. Now I just carry in order to solve societal problems. Way funner to work alone.
My cousins had a Hispanic judge rule against him and his insurance paid for a Hispanic “Illegal” woman’s (she could barely speak a word of English) car when an accident was clearly her fault because “he was more easily able to pay”.
I would have taken that shit to the Supreme Court or something because that is just plain wrong but he didn’t want to mess with it anymore.
That's one reason why these judges make rulings like that. They know, or at least hope that the victim will just let it lie and move on without fighting back. A Supreme Court ruling that over turns a judge's ruling has no bearing on their case count at a personal or even professional level because they can always fall back to the position that the SC got it wrong.
I am convinced the judges are afraid that if their jurisdiction becomes peaceful, they will not be needed! These types of court decisions, that make no sense are happening worldwide! They may not be by coincidence but by design!
Damn your right. They are a government entity. We know that quotas are everything to them as well as showing they need the employment they have in order to deal with the amount of work. If there isn't much crime the government starts trimming the fat the following year.
