If you look at Biden’s public speeches, the last one that looked like the original Joe was around January 2018, but it could have been green-screened from GITMO. Joe Biden of 2012 election disappeared sometime around 2015-2016 timeframe, interestingly around the same time that Beau Biden died and Joe opted out of 2016 run, despite being the obvious “next up” for Dems. Something happened to Joe in 2015, imo.
It was probably right around the time of that video of him bragging about giving Ukraine that ultimatum about firing the prosecutor or not getting the billion dollars.
