But a federal judge today ruled the case must proceed in state court.

I predicted the moment the vaccines were forced on us that in ten years Pfizer - then one of the 25 largest companies in the world - would be sued out of existence. I give that prediction an 80% certainty now.

If they fraudulently got "approval" using documents from falsified or conveniently omitted studies then they should not be given protections under the law.
They should go after the statisticians that created the false foundation.
