From my understanding, and tho times have changed, my Understansing was that if You Ask to speak to their Supervisor, and then Ask to be Put on the "26" list (Do Not Call List) , they would then have to Delete your Number from their "rolodex dialing". Which would then give you grounds to Further Cost (Sue) "Company", for those that Didn't Adhere.
