Pleading alien citizenship does not get Obama off any hook of criminality. If anything, it should make his situation worse (crimes by an illegal alien). But what would it be? British subject (father)? Kenyan (place of birth)? Indonesian (child registered under Lolo Soetoro)?
Null and void is a Roman legal principle when someone is declared a tyrant. Although I agree with you, I'm not sure how that would pan out without Military intervention should it come to fruition.
