He used the present tense. He did not say "Biden got shot" or "Biden was shot". He stated "he's shot", aka "he is shot". THis is very clear consistent normal usage meaning "he's kaput", "he's broken".
As in "I need to get a new car. My engine is shot." No one takes it literally in this case, because that is completely standard English usage.
Twisting this statement to be proof that "Joe Biden was executed" is like taking a leg of ham and attempting to fit it into sausage casing.

The one I saw where, during a rally, he was talking about Biden, and from the context it was clear he was talking about Biden's incapacity, his inability to talk coherently, remember things properly, etc. He wasn't talking about the covid shots at that particular instance.
What I don't get is, is they went to the trouble of replacing him, why didn't they do better? Surely they could find someone with respectable cognitive function, and more charm than creep. Unless the whole point was to lower the standard to Kamelta.
