The new Israelite is the church. Israelites were scattered after multiple invasions and wars. Judeans may be a part of the Israeli population, but they are more often ashekenazi from Eastern Europe whom converted en mass millenia ago.
In specific, Jerusalem was sieged 40 years after Christ's crucifixions. Those who heeded Christ's warning would have left the 1st time, so it's most likely that those who adamantly did not heed Christ's warnings would have been the ones who stayed & history tell us they perished. Those that did heed would most likely be the Jews that became Christians, if not before certainly after. As Christians they would most likely marry & have children with others who are Christians & etc, So yes, by today, that bloodline is within the world wide Christian community today.
Genetic info of Christian in those areas of the middle east all have a small percentage of Jewish DNA while the Muslims in that area do not, as a rule, etc
While this is partially true with invasions you left out the pogroms, Sephardi/Mizrahi are ~50% while Ashkenazi around 33%. Mizrahi were the majority the last few dacades due to the large scale immigration from Arab countries. Although the mixed numbers are growing.
Israel is not occupied by the Israelites.
True, I do not believe the people we see today, are the people that the Bible speaks about.
Curios, Inyour view who are the Israelites.
