The ones who attacked ICE facility in Los Angeles can face federal charges, it's not exactly state property but federal.
But I believe those who have been arrested by local law enforcement, they can actually be federally charged for insurrection and various other crimes by the US Government one of them for example can be inciting a riot.
Their actions have proved this, Trump has himself has even called them insurrectionists.

Explain the guy who got arrested by the FBI for handing out those ballistic face shields, technically he wasn't a rioter.

Your point is not being ignored, I am saying that when they get arrested by state law enforcement.
They can still be charged by the federal government afterwards, even if they were arrested but then released by the state without any charges.
The state cannot charge them for federal crimes, if they were arrested by federal law enforcement after their release.
Then the federal government is able to arrest and charge them for those types of crimes.
This has happened before many times.

Not many know this. Itβs the primary reason trump federalized. Drones have a very interesting payload. When on station for 3 or so days straight, the video file can reverse trace you from where you threw the rock in the evening to when you left your lair that morning to start your day of mayhem. It was instrumental in positively identifying terrorists and blowing them up. Cept now we have agents waiting as the perps sneak back to their lair. It was way more fun launching missles tho.

I didn't like it when he said "we are going to take our time" arrest all these idiots, lazy ass jobless mongrels, terrorists and welfare moochers and throw them into the worst prisons with no due process.
The lust for "blood"/retribution/justice is real, especially after having watched SO many get away with SO much for SO long, but that frustration &and emotion can't guide reactionary, counterproductive action.
It took Rudy Giuliani 10 YEARS to take down the NY mob. The criminality associated with this/these treasonous/seditious RICO op(s) is much deeper and broader. While, the "good guys" have undoubtedly been working behind the scenes for a long time (years), it's likely they still have much to do in order to process evidence, get info/testimonies, make deals where appropriate, persue rabbit holes as they appear, and be able to form airtight cases against the targets of the operation(s).
The legal system and legal processes seem to move at a glacial pace. But that is necessary because all cases, especially those which are critically-important, must be "done right" and "by the book" for morality, legality, and to avoid: dismissal on a technicality, not guilty verdicts due to insufficient evidence/prosecution or dismissal on appeal; for the (currently-living) masses to be able to analyze, research, discuss and accept the validity of the convictions and sentences; and as golden/instructive examples of how to do things right and how good CAN overcome evil for posterity/history.
