His consistent subtext is that violent people are actually peaceful and so would-be victims should let their guards down. In this case the violent people for whom he’s running cover are Israelis so his agenda is temporarily aligned with IDF’s, but most of the time he’s trying dishonestly to downplay black violence in America in hopes of increasing his own acceptance among white Americans. He extends the phony public relations effort to brown foreigners sometimes too.

Are the Israelis in the video common people? They outright say they want to go to war. They try to make it look better by saying the war is against the Iranian regime rather than the people.

Anyway, what gives the Israelis the right to decide on the governance of another nation? That’s the jewish sense of entitlement again, thinking they’re entitled to govern others.
