Involving this many corrupt people... all of which were working together in a conspiracy... it sounds more like a RICO Act.
They can all be put on trial under RICO Laws, designed to prosecute organized crime. In that case, the trials can be conducted all at once, and without having to prove individual guilt or knowledge of other people's separate crimes. If you played ANY role in the conspiracy... you are just as guilty as the other member of the conspiracy that did commit the crime. You are all collectively guilty.
RICO Laws enable the government to seize all bank accounts, businesses, personal property, etc.. of every person involved. They lose everything.
This is the first time I have seen Retired General Flynn call for any punishment. I may have missed it if he said anything about it before, but a prison term for treason just doesn't sound right to me. I do think people in the recent past have been given prison terms for selling secrets, to bad actors, from American files. I don't know if that would be a treason charge or not. But I would personally believe that most of those people on Flynn's list would need a firing squad or a hangman's noose for the crimes they committed.
