Ok, now the click bait has worked, let's consider a manner of speech we carelessly employ: 5D chess.
Before reading on, have you played 2D chess? If not, consider listening to Gotham Chess channel over at YT, and start with his oldest videos.
But, no matter whether you played or not, 2D is actually quite simple. There are 64 squares. 32 colored squares, and 32 white squares. Each square can only hold 1 piece.
As you see the board, you immediately surmise that the game is limited. It is limited in geographical space, but also in time. This means that a benefit to one player is the loss to the other player.
Each game has basically 3 parts. The opening, the middle part, usually a part where all kinds of pieces are removed from the board to create space and the upper hand, it is also called: piece exchanges. For instance, you could capture the horse of an opponent, but loose the Bishop with which you took it. That is an exchange. The final and third part is the check mate (hopefully) or the remise/stale mate.
Now imagine 3D chess. This means that there is an additional dimension to the game. No longer is there just horizontal and vertical and its derivative diagonal, but height is added. Compare it to a war on the field. The appropriation of the ability to fly, puts this 3rd dimension in practice. Now you can hoover over your opponent, and pin drop all kinds of ordinance on his head, in excess of the reach of land based weapons.
Let's add two more dimension, based on the first 3:
1. Time.
Time is linear and subsequent, like 1,2,3,4. or Today, tomorrow, next week.

This is divergent to 1. I won't go into all the rules here, but consider the fact that by playing this game: benefits and disadvantages are not immediately apparent. IT is even considerable more difficult to check mate. You could end up with 5 kings, or 1 king surrounded by 8 queens.
So, 5D chess is as far removed from 2D chess as the Newtonian mechanical physics from Quantum physics.

I stay away from all references to "5D chess" and so forth. For one thing, i think the simile is poor, and rather limited. Nobody brings to mind "spherical chess," where the pieces move around the surface of a globe, which can eliminate the boundaries of the game even though the playing field is finite. But no point in arguing over that.
I am interested in the current controversy over tariffs. What people don't realize is that this runs directly into the controversy over autarky, or the condition of being economically self-suffient. Clearly, Trump's objective is to realize a condition of greater autarky, and move us away from undue dependence on the outside world. What economists sedulously ignore about the idea of autarky is that a nation cannot hire everything out, or purchase all it needs. It immediately becomes fatally vulnerable to an embargo. Some countries are poor enough, they must purchase firearms from other nations to arm their troops. Or airplanes to fly their air forces. Or ships to sail their navy. That is a very vulnerable position to be in, and where possible, nations like to "roll their own." Israel is a good example of a very small nation whose strategic situation is so precarious, they have given high priority to making as much as they can for their own defense forces, and where they must purchase more complex systems, they customize those systems with its own indigenous subsystems.
But as for tariffs, the tariff is paid by the importer, and the complaint is that (1) it is a tax on imports, and (2) it tightens the market for the customer. But this largely is based on an unspoken assumption that there is no profit margin at all---and the cost of doing business (tariff) must necessarily be passed on to the customer. But this is not a true condition. There is always a profit margin and sometimes the margins can be large, larger even than the tariff. So, the importer has an optimization problem: (1) He can pass the tariff along to the customer, raise the price, and contract the market. His profit margin is unaffected, but his market shrinks. (2) He can eat the tariff, keep the price the same, and his market share will remain the same. or (3) some intermediate combination.
How is it that the imported good is so inexpensive? We are seeing life through the eyes of those who do not give a damn whether the goods are produced by slavery or not. Or whether the country offering the imports commits genocide on selected populations. Are we Northerners, comfortable with buying cotton from Southerners? It's cheap! At what cost? This moral compromise is not dealt with in economics texts, as it is much easier to calculate profit and loss in baking accounts, but not so easy to calculate how that works with our own souls.
And, as Trump points out, if the foreign supplier is willing to manufacture goods in the United States, there will be no tariff. And that gets us to where we need to be, morally clean to boot. In the case of a future international difficulty, would any foreign nation be able to put its U.S. factories in its pocket and leave the game? Not at all. Their income stream would be in jeopardy. This is a good and clever inducement for other nations not to get crosswise with us.
I don't see any popular discussion of these points. We should be aware of them.

Allow me to point to the following:
When I read Hawkins: A brief history of time, O, it was years ago, I noticed the writer was able to instill in me quite a profound sense of immersion. So, here we are reading about the ideas people had about the universe they lived in before Galileo came around, or Keppler, Newton, and Bohm, Einstein, you name 'm.
With every step the construct that we consider our reality becomes more sophisticated, and yet, also quite spiritual, because, it seems, many physicists are also meta-physicist. You should hear Bohm and Krishanmurti.
Going one step further, also in relation to an enigmatic answer Q gave to the "Are we alone" - question: consider the vastness of space.
Of late, the messaging about "alien" technology has moved towards inter-dimensional beings. And when thinking about these matter, a brain can easily be cooked. Yet, that in and of itself is no reason to stay away from it.
Then of course there are some other matters to take into account, which may become quite the rabbit hole, as they are quite speculative with regards to the person of Donald J Trump.
But whatever it is, 5D chess is a game fact, and playfully introduces the player to a different kind of thinking, away from forward linearity.
I spent a 50-year career solving technical problems, usually in novel ways. For me, it was mostly a matter of seeing the problem in a different light. I think I used to say, "It is a matter of looking at a complex problem and finding the perspective from which it seems simple," so the idea of "5D chess" to me is just a watchword. Keep in mind that Trump's favorite form of formal conflict is not chess, but boxing. He may not be playing chess at all. There was the old metaphor of two contestants in a struggle, and the observation was that A was playing checkers and B was playing chess. Sometimes you beat your opponent by violating the rules of the game, turning it into a different game. That comes closer to my outlook.
The Q quotation can be taken in two alternate ways. Consider the vastness of space---if we are alone? Pretty damn alone, if you ask me. No problem for a Christian, since that is the message of Genesis. Only a problem for an atheist, who is so nervous about being without God that he has to fill in alien neighbors. "Other dimensions" is another form of fantasy, along with time travel. There is no profit in accepting these ideas. They go nowhere and are delusional.
Anything about "alien technology" is sheer fantasy. No evidence. Nobody knows anything. We are going to be saved by aliens---or their technology? Semi-divine intervention? Sorry, we live in a world of men and machines and must correct our own sins and folly---with the salvation from Christ. Trump may finally clear the garden of weeds---but then he dies. It will be up to us to keep the garden clear. We got here because we neglected our garden, and turned our backs on God. I see too much complacency about the future, when we will be able to kick back and sit on our asses for generations again. We cannot see beyond Victory, to appreciate the discipline, work, and continued courage and faith that will be needed to keep it.

When it comes to the alone question, I see no reason to support a problematic relationship with it for atheists at all. I am afraid you misread what it is. By the same token, I see really no reason for a problem for a theist.
When considering the individual, there may be a problem, depending on the rules of his worldview he convinced himself of.
When you mean that you would not have a problem with being alone, well, that is in itself a lie, as a you clearly belief in beings of a different nature than we. So, we are not alone, as the question about intelligent life is settled. How else would you explain angels, either fallen or not.
When it comes to those who are atheists .. there are several sorts of them. Some are staunch materialists. Others are more spiritual oriented.
The same happens when one would approach this universe from a perspective of Newtonian viewpoints. It works to a degree but also has a side effect: man all of a sudden has become a mechanical system, not symbiotic on a material plain, and quite not the quantum traveler. This leads to the type of thinking of solving the appearance instead of the basic issue. This type of difference, I already pointed out in what happens when reading a Brief History of Time.
At any rate, turning around the question, Let's say we are not alone. Wherein lies the rub for a theist? His earth centered worldview. Like in earlier times when religion insisted upon a geo-centric worldview.
This demonstrates that is not a matter of theism or atheism, but the rules that makeup the individual worldview.
Your reluctance and your description of what inter-dimensional beings would mean, is not geared towards salvation. See, this is your thinking. After al, you belief you are saved by an inter-dimensional being. It would be a disservice to yourself, to maintain the projection of your own views onto others.
When it comes to a new type of thinking, it always starts with something that has not been thought before. That is the EUREKA moment. If I were to be corny about it, I would say, ecclesiastics said something about: there is no new thing under the sun. That may very well be. But I am still looking for the lightbulb and the LED in there. Surely it must be in there somewhere. Right?
But I am not corny, so I will dispense with that. Consider the worldview that the earth is flat and man is confined to earth, and the the oceans are falling of the earth. If you were believing such nonsense, well, I am sure you would not participate in any expedition based upon the worldview that the earth is a globe and you could sail east or west upon the same degree of latitude and arrive at the same spot.
Even though such notions may induce fear, and may even be held by people who were not learned in these matters, slowly over time, this globe idea spread and is now the 96% of people adhering to such a view. The reason I am using this analogy is the underscore that when a certain view is ingrained and held by a majority in the population, a new idea is difficult to implement.
So, can we time travel, or even use these notions about time and timelines in a way that is more productive than a toy, a game?
Of course we can. But the rabbit hole this opens, would totally upend our worldview, is it not? And how would we regard the few that comprehend this and their capacity to use it?
Then, what we would regard as dictating the rules, is merely playing a different game.
It could be self explanatory if we would suppose a move from zero-sum game to sum-game. If you wish all people to become successful, not at the behest of others, like the EIC/VOC mentality has always been, but pushing all of us towards a higher plain of living by using the tools at our disposal to become successful, the effects would still fit within our 3D approach. And indeed, has nothing to do with time or time--lines.
But, if only what you know is important and valid, then you are not in the business to expand your knowledge. To increase your knowledge there has to be a challenge to the existing paradigm. Something needs to be out of order, not explained.
The intriguing thing is, that at a certain point in time, 3 worldviews existed. Geo-centric, Helio-centric, and something in between: the Tycho Brahe system. Quite fascinating. But the challenge has to be there.
And if, as you say, you have spent 50 years solving technical problems, often in novel ways, you know this to be true. But there is a difference between novelty and innovation. Holding up a middle finger instead of the index finger may have been a novelty at some point, but hardly an innovation.
Whatever it is, it all starts with a challenge. Man has to think about it, puzzle with it, wrestle with it. As Edison allegedly said: I know 10.000 ways to NOT make a lightbulb. Yet he knew one way to make one, and that has made all the difference.

You misunderstand my first point. The discussion was about aliens and whether we are "alone." A Christian knows he is always with God, so there is no sense of being alone. The problem arises from atheists who look behind themselves and see no one. I speak from some personal knowledge, having been an atheist for 40 years. So, the reference to the infinite universe is a two-edged sword: it can mean alien beings are out there...or not. I've had reason to delve into the requirements for traveling even to nearby stars and they are tremendously challenging. The farther out you look, one might suppose the greater the likelihood there will be someone existing. Unfortunately, the farther out you look, the lesser the likelihood they can travel in our direction. So much for that.
Simply put, there is no meaning to the idea of "inter-dimensional beings." No evidence of any such phenomenon. It is philosophically equivalent to magic. You might as well be talking about fairies and goblins. At that level, they may have more credibility. The artful sophist always likes to cloak old, untenable ideas in fresh paint.
The globe of the Earth was a fact from before history. Eratosthenes arrived at a fairly correct calculation of its radius in 240 BC. I am professionally educated in physics and its history, so you don't need to explain the march of theory. New theories prevail because they QUANTITATIVELY explain phenomena unexplained by a prior theory. Not because they are simply new ideas (hypotheses), a point not well understood on this page. (It is, by the way, a dreadful state of affairs that 4% of grown people are as ignorant as babes.)

(I also read fantasy and science fiction for entertainment, but I don't confuse them with reality.) You might also want to read the works of Rupert Sheldrake, regarding paranormal phenomena. Or Maj. I consider moves and counter moves but when I try and zoom out I always seem to go back to basic principles. Maybe not principles but Laws. Not USA Constitutional Laws. Laws of conquering evil.

When we are seeing what is happening in the world, how can we not see this? Imagine for a second Einstein level of intelligence on the evil side and mediocre level intelligence on the good side. The Law will say with God the evil side loses as long as the mediocre has faith and God will only be with those of faith.
So Einstein might say we need to destroy faith so God has none to choose.
Now what would it look like with Einstein level of intelligence and faith in God? Is that even possible? Maybe that is what is required with ai?

Personally, I am not a great fan of Einstein. To me he comes across as a pumped up mediocre thinker who is ascribed a higher intelligence than he actually has, a stealer of other people's ideas. And there a physicists, and there have been physicists who exhibit a higher degree of intelligence as they are perfectly capable of integrative intelligence. These are usually the ones our society disregards and dishonors, up until the point it is the time to accept new notions about the nature of our being.
Let's just consider that our current thinking, the general thinking within our populations, is limited to 2D, and 3D in certain cases. It is difficult enough.
Perhaps you also heard it: if I had known this years ago, I would have .... (like: buying BTC in 2013 or so) You know the type of thinking. But the sequence of events and choices AFTER that point are usually wrapped in the events and choices people have actually experienced, and heavily biased to the evasion of what they consider bad, and fortunate.
So, they project their actual timeline with their regrets and hopes upon a different timeline. This shows that they are totally inept when it comes to this type of thinking. IT requires an amount of honesty that is both real and brutal. It hammers home the answer to this question: On what basis are you really making choices?
It is very deterministic. It needs points of value. And in such a process, time preference also plays a role, often, and I would venture, especially, in this day and age. These elements can all be put into an AI, and it can spit out a result, that either does make sense or not. We have to interpret it, like prophesy. But it shows to be wrong, as people are not the result of just the valuation points. Currently, we see that the emergence of AI is connected to narrative control. These to have to go together, otherwise it won't work.
But, then the truth comes to light: this is not the totality of what man is. Our being is not electrical i/o's. Rather, it is represented by a very old sign: celtic triskele. One could say: 0, 1 and a superstate. One could almost say: a trinity: originator (father) -> nurturer (spirit) -> power (son).
When looking at meta-physics, what is the difference between faith in a higher being based on physical and meta-physical recognition and those who belief in a higher being because they were lead there by a lot of shit happening in their life?
We use words like "en thous iasm" to describe a state of energetic being. What it means? to be divine. It recognizes that we have a divine spark within us, a conciousness that goes beyond the deterministic, or the capacity to be copied (put into words = sequence of symbols).
Basically, it appears to be this: we create models but we are not the model. It reminds me of what Mark Douglas describes in his book: Trading in the zone. The uniqueness of each trade. And even if one were to experience the misfortune of a trade gone sideways, the solution is not a different technique per se, because wrong trades happen.
5D is the realm of the "etheric body" which can best be understood as our feelings. Information widely understood across numerous cultures and eras, right up until 1888 when a worldwide propaganda campaign of MATERIALISM was launched in full force, brainwashing the masses beyond recognition.
The Founding Fathers were educated upon and understood this well as Freemasons. They used these ideas to BELIEVE IN the "new world", America.

When it comes to Mason, indeed, the idea that man is above institutions made by man, is a masonic dogma and moral. Yet reading about the founding fathers and their writings, left me clear indication they were as diverse as any time. Some were hotheads, others were constrained. I wholeheartedly agree that these are of prime importance, but almost nobody is aware of them. Instead, the cabal has deceived humanity into thinking that they (government) makes "laws", but are nothing of the sort as a "law" is an immutable truth. Whereas, what our mis-leaders create are "rules" made by our "rulers" hidden in plain sight as "statutory laws", "acts", "codes", "mandates", "decrees", etc. None of which are "laws" however. Unless of course a law can be BOTH an immutable fact of life AND something our rulers invent. If that's the case, then the word "law" has lost all its meaning.
I was merely explaining how the phrase originated. "5D", or the Fifth Dimension is widely discussed in modern, new age teachings (which mirror "old age" wisdom) as the "place" where we "ascend" to when we learn to stop breaking the "Universal laws".
But many of these new age teachers are confused, just as are so many Christian teachers. "5D" is not a "place" so to speak, but rather a "state of being"..."heaven" if you like (not a "place" either). The meaning of "heaven" is an open, expansive state of being. As opposed to the very common "constricted state of being" most humans are in today, vibrating in fear and judgment on a regular basis.
There are some powerful works in that library. Unfortunately, during the time they were written, openly discussing the truth was forbidden by the controlling cabal, so these works were all couched in metaphor and parable. None so obvious as "alchemy" for example.
However, there was a divine dispensation in 1888 that enabled the "secret wisdom of the ages" to be openly pusblished. And it's been this way ever since. What the cabal has cleverly done, however, is to demonize any and all these materials published since 1888. And here we are.
Studying old Rosicrucian, Freemasonic, alcehmical, Gnostic, Hermetic, etc. materials produced prior to 1888 is a complex and difficult journey for most without a teacher who understands the true meaning in it. It's far easier today to discover the "New Thought" or "New Age" authors, or some of the "channeled" resources widely circulating today which express this "secret wisdom of the ages" clearly and openly.
None of which produce lasting results. You must peel away the "veils", aka "BELIEFS" that prevent your recognition of the truth. Reaching the "higher state" is simply a matter of UNLEARNING all the lies that masquerade as truths in this world.
Should you wish to reach said "higher states", which we all will desire one day, you only need to determine the difference between what you know is true versus what you BELIEVE is true. As you shed the beliefs, the truth will be incrementally revealed to you gracefully in divine timing as you are able to accept it.
You'll continuously surprise yourself as you peel away the layers as to just how many beliefs you actually believe to be "truths". Suffice it to say, almost everything you believe to be true, is in fact, not so. Such is the journey of waking up from the dream!

It is interesting to consider that the word man, phonetically close to men, and in English the plural of man, actually is not a noun but an adjective in the original germanic languages. But also in Sanskrit or Greek.
Example: In Greek the word for man = andros. The suffix dros or drous means an adjective. the first syllable: an is derived from sanskrit: aner. Translated we would get: dynamic energy, virility, vril. Also: walking.
It thus points to a state of being: energetic, that what puts things into motion.

"Mentes/Ment" is the root of "Mental", ala "Mind". I think you are, like many I have interacted with in the past. looking for a way to come up with a less "disturbing" potential interpretation, which I totally understand.

Every minute of every day, whomever is attempting to persuade and influence your thinking is practicing "mind control". As such, I am doing so as well right now. The only difference between my "mind control" and the government's is that I'm attempting to show you how to free yourself from their stranglehold over your "mind". They are and have always been lying to us at least 80% of the time. It only takes a 20% sprinkling of truths to sell their lies.

There's a great interaction filmed back in the 1970s between a then popular "conspiracy theorist" running up to David Rockefeller heading to his car in a parking lot. Every moment of your existence is a "state of being". You are always "occupying a state of being" in the one and only reality of consciousness. Your perception of your own unique "subjective reality" is the result of the states you occupy, be it in relation to your wealth, health, relationships, occupation, etc. If you occupy the state of "being rich", then so it is for you. If you occupy the state of "being healthy", then so it is for you. The outer physical reality is merely a REFLECTION of the states of being you are CHOOSING to occupy from moment to moment.
3D is no more a "place" than is 5D. 3D existence is marred with extensive amounts of judgment, fear, scarcity, limitation, worry, anger, complaint, hatred, etc. It is these "states of consciousness regularly occupied" that keeps you bound to "3D" perception. All of these energetic states indicate a profound state of ignorance. Whereas, 5D existence contains none of these states of being/consciousness because vibrating in the space of love-kindness-compassion-gratitude-generosity-etc. is the very quality of 5D, or "heaven". As such, you are always able to experience "heaven on earth" as per your own free will and choices as to the energies you are entertaining.
You're correct. An OOB is absolutely not a requirement for accessing the Akashic Records. Rather, merely an EXPANDED AWARENESS of what we call "4D", the astral realm, where all "thought" exists.
All dimensions, one through twelve, exist everywhere in the ever present here and now. Your highly limited 5 senses are not capable of perceiving anything beyond the third however. By expanding your awareness, through eliminating your limiting beliefs presently masquerading as "truths" in your perception, you will regain your ability to perceive additional dimensions. As I understand things, within a human body, you can only perceive up to the 5th dimension however. The shedding of the very limiting, material human body allows for perception beyond 5D.
Very true and I wholeheartedly agree. I was merely suggesting that a teacher could explain the ACTUAL MEANING of the cryptic and hidden teachings in all these pre-1888 traditions. And that goes for biblical scripture as well. None of it is literal describing actual, factual secular history. It is almost entirely metaphor/allegory/parable. But if you don't seek out a teacher to explain this to you, you're likely to remain trapped in the mainstream delusion. You effectively need the "Rosetta Stone" to properly interpret it. As luck would have it, we have ready access to any number of "Rosetta Stone's" today, via widely available Christian mystics, many "new age" teachings as well as many "channeled" sources.
The remark referred to "abiding self-realization", versus temporary, non-abiding awareness which many people conjure up for brief periods via the various techniques, plants, practices, etc. they partake in. All of which don't really promote "self-realization", as the individual is simply "whisked away" temporarily into an unexplainable state of being to them because they weren't yet "spiritually ready" to deal with it. Ater the effects wear off, they return to their egoic awareness with fantastical stories of their jouney through "expanded consciousness".
Your nightly dream state is far more "the real reality" than your waking state believing you are a "human being". From the higher perspective, human beings are sparks of divine consciousness temporarily lost in a fearful, judgmental state of ignorance.
There are perhaps a dozen good answers to the question, "why am I here?". Most are flowery and feel-goody in nature. However, they all really "miss the mark" as it were. The answer that lands the best in my experience is this: you are here because you continue to entertain the energies of fear and judgment. These are the energies that bind humans to the "dream of separation" most are profoundly lost in, thanks to a lifetime of cabal brainwashing.
If you think you're a man/woman living life as a human being that will one day either go to heaven or hell, you are very much still lost in said state of dreaming. In Genesis, "God puts Adam to sleep" in order to "take a rib to make Eve". This story is obviously metaphor.
What isn't stated in Genesis is whether God ever "woke Adam up". You must ASSUME that Adam did wake up to go along with the popular, cabal interpretation of scripture. By doing so, you've unwittingly made your first mistake when it comes to understanding scripture.
Your second mistake would be somehow assuming that a "tree of knowledge of good and evil" was actually a "real thing". But of course this is also metaphor as "knowledge of good and evil" is the very definition of JUDGMENT, is it not? Something 99.99% of humans are almost constantly emanating in one form or another.
And it is this use of judgment which leads to the sense of separation. And from the sense of separation arises the sensation of fear. This is "3D" perception. This is "the dream" all humans have experienced. A small few, like Jesus, over the millennia have awakened from this dream and made their best effort to explain what they were experiencing. Unfortunately, their words are profoundly misunderstood by the masses, those without the eyes to see and ears to hear.
Jesus walked the earth with "5D perception" which was why he is still remembered and venerated to this day. Because we all recall, in the deepest recesses of our minds, that what he represented and demonstrated is our original and pure "true nature", unblemished by the temporary state of separation we are dreaming...
Forget about "God"? Hardly. The exact opposite will be the case. As time proceeds, the masses will come to recognize "who and what" this thing called "God" actually is.
Presently, religious brainwashing still holds sway amongst the masses. But millions upon millions are waking up to the deceptions foisted upon us through all out "cabal endorsed" religious institutions...
I'm wholeheartedly confident that I am. I've just written a first draft of a book that I expected many of the early readers to have all sorts of difficulties with and objections to. Much to my surprise, I've had nothing but rave reviews thus far. The objections, hang-ups and "sticking points" i have come to expect are no longer holding sway with "normies".
I wrote a massive chapter I entitled "Esoteric Christianity" that I expected to receive tremendous resistance to. But instead, I've received nothing but gratitude from them for finally clearing up so many things they were confused about thanks to the mainstream treatment of scripture.
There's no doubt in my mind that people are waking up in large numbers now, and "God" will ultimately be the one and only thing that truly matters in due course. You can take it to the bank!
