Former FBI Director Christopher Wray is now facing a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, thanks to a new filing from the Oversight Project—a D.C.-based watchdog group. The group is accusing Wray of lying to Congress and obstructing not one, but two investigations into explosive FBI misconduct.
At the heart of the allegations: the FBI’s role in crafting a now-infamous memo that targeted Catholic Americans as potential domestic threats, and the agency’s apparent efforts to bury an investigation into a Chinese mail-in ballot scheme. These aren’t minor missteps—they’re serious accusations that strike at the core of the bureau’s credibility.
Q post 1122. Trust Wray + others. Could Wray have put all this discovered info in hiding, only to reveal it to Kash where it was, for what is happening now? I've thought of this for a while and could the charges just be trumped up for show?
"Under the advice of my council I am going to exercise my 5th amendment right."
This is what we're going to hear when he gets into the court. They're playing a different ball game than the people that go into the judicial system with no money or guidance. They have huge cabal legal teams to guide them through these kinds of things and keep them out of incriminating themselves with what they say.
The judicial system needs a major shakedown IMO. I will be shocked if we see Wray go to prison.
Everyone needs to understand - this "criminal referral" is only a suggestion to DOJ. The Oversight Project has as much authority to open a criminal referral as we do.
DOJ has to actually take action on it for it to be anything other than a suggestion.
This DOJ will probably act on it, but the reality is - they don't have to even look at it because it didn't come from Law Enforcement, certain govt agencies, CONgress, or certain parts of the Judicial Branch.

Damn, about time. When will these evil critters be in Gitmo?
Never
Never say never because it could happen.
Wray is not an evil critter, he's a sleeper as Q said.
Good guys can play games too.
I guarantee his testimony is helpful to our case.
And who do we think held onto those burn bags for Kash to find?
Will find out won't we?

I have to. If he did, all he has to do is reveal all that to the judge & he's a free man. Until then, the only right thing to do is to prosecute
I want to see duck walks before I’m happy. At this point the whole system needs to be rebuilt.
I understand that they are working on it. Congregational hearings and special counsels are not the answer in holding these people accountable.
The American people want to see duck walks of all these people.
ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!
This must be a first. I was beginning to think that "lying to Congress" was nothing but a misdemeanor -- if that.
