At work I have lots of encryption for work. For home and internet stuff my company nor my Country can dictate what I do under some safety thing.
Soon we will have police officers that can jump in on your screen if deemed illegal. Nothing I can do about it. I will be flipping them off when that happens.
Australia is 100 days away from have 'protection for kids u16 ' whereby we will be forced to provide identity to prove we are over 16. They are trying to say they will use facial recognition technology but when that fails we know what comes next.
I will be opting out, so my days posting at GAW are numbered.

Less multimedia, modern compression algorithms, static pages instead of dynamic. We would lose some features but not a whole lot.
