Andy Ngo tracks these antifa types and has more details including name of the perp and more detail on the 2020 car incident, which was also against some elderly people in Florida.
A man identified as Gregory Timm fired a handgun at a wheelchair-bound man following some type of confrontation. The disabled man had an air soft gun but didn’t use it.
In 2020 in Florida, Timm crashed a van into a display and table with pro-Trump campaign materials.
Apparently the TDS shooter was the aggressor ripping a patch off/from the disabled man. Who then pulled a knife then an airsoft gun. I dunno, some older guy in a wheelchair IF super threatening you can pull your gun and stand ready as you walk back and away from the scenario to show you’re not fucking around while also looking to diffuse the scenario. I think this TDS’er wanted to use that pistol. It’s Seattle so will be interesting how this goes but me thinks he’s in for serious jail time.
Go figure it is a leftist that can give the media their race narrative.
If someone pulled a realistic looking airsoft gun (not all are realistic), on me. I would do what was necessary to defend myself.
The problem is from this angle, I just didn't see the disabled man pulling any weapon until I looked a 2nd time. It didn't look like any gun I am familiar with. Almost looked like a teaser taser. Maybe that was from a different angle it looked like a real firearm.
That said, if there was a gun that the disabled man had, he would have shot the guy before he could get his own gun out of that bag.
Was the patch taken before the disabled guy approached this shooter? While it is easy to think he just wanted to shoot his gun, he only took a single shot. The scene is cut & then he asks the guy for ID. Why on earth would he do that? Makes me wonder if he had some federal training or some other LEO training of some sort? The last thing I am looking for after I defend myself is the other guy's ID, granted I am blessed to have never needed to defend myself of my family like this & I pray none of any of our boar members ever need to.
Either way, this entire scenario is incredibly sad. Common decency has been lost in many parts of America, which disheartens me. Granted we can always find that bad apple in the bunch, though the numbers are certainly growing. Still a minority, but this is just horrible.
Wow, hang on a sec. The police report for that incident was REDACTED. 😳
Gregory Williams Loel Timm was found not guilty on two counts of aggravated assault on a person 65 years old or older after jurors spent less than an hour of deliberation Thursday night. They did convict him of the lesser charge of criminal mischief. The verdict came only a few hours after Timm took the stand Thursday saying he wanted was to "do a prank and make fun of it."
"The suspect advised that he does not like President Trump and that is part of [REDACTED]. He advised the other reason was because 'it's like someone s**tting on your grave' as the other reason," the report goes on to say.
Timm showed police a video that he took of the Trump volunteers prior to attacking them. "The suspect then showed another video to us of him and driving towards the tent with the victims standing in front of the tent. The video cuts out prior to him actually striking the tent," the report states. "The suspect was upset that the video ended before 'the good part' as he described it," the report continues.
So this looks like the dude got help from on high. Why would they redact the police report? Then he get's found not guilty in under 1 hour of deliberations? Something stinks, and now he's assaulted someone else.
He was brazen about shooting the guy in the wheelchair as if it was a consequence free action, as if he didn't worry about anyone in the vicinity opening fire on him in response and ending his life.
That's either a recklessly stupid or insane person or might be indicative of training at the level of a law enforcement background perhaps. Maybe one that tried to join but was seen as a clear nutter and still is of that mindset.
It depends. I didn't get a good look in the video, though. My nephew played airsoft when he was a kid, and all of his airsoft guns had orange pieces on them that gave it away. I've seen others that look real.
Either way, maybe he shouldn't have walked up to the guy and yanked off his patch or whatever. That's assault. And it's even worse that it was a wheelchair-bound guy who can't get up and fight.
If its the obvious kid ones yes it would have been but the more "adult" models you wouldnt know unless you touched it and noticed the weight difference.
Citing public charging documents, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said in a statement, "In this case, the defendant approached the victim who was in a wheelchair on the boardwalk of the waterfront, near Starbucks, and he demanded the victim provide identification to prove his military status." The charging documents added, "As the victim was taking out his wallet, the defendant removed a military patch from the victim's belongings. This caused the victim to arm himself with a knife. The defendant continued to demand the victim show him his ID, and the victim pulled out a holstered airsoft gun."
Jeffrey Sharp — a detective with the Seattle Police Department — noted in the police report obtained by Blaze News that 32-year-old Gregory Timm "accused" Harold James Powell of "stolen valor" and then "demanded Powell provide his identification." The charging documents read, "Before the victim could even do anything with it, the defendant pulled out his handgun, pointed it at the victim, and shot him point-blank in the chest."
Sharp wrote in the police report that while driving Timm to King County Jail, the suspect made the following statement in an "excited" manner: "This guy pulled out a gun and said, 'You're not gonna run from this.'" In charging documents obtained by Blaze News, the Superior Court of Washington for King County stated that Timm had "intent to inflict great bodily harm, did assault Harold James Powell with a firearm and force and means likely to produce great bodily harm or death."
This was a completely unnecessary act of violence committed by the defendant to a vulnerable victim who was confined to his wheelchair," the charging documents read. The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office told Blaze News that Timm was charged with assault in the first degree. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison under Washington law.
I seen the slug. I can see the heat of the slug coming at me and then just, 'Boom!' Knocked me back," Powell told KIRO-TV. He added, "I just got hit really hard right here in the chest where he hit me real close." "I just went to, 'I'm gonna die, so let me call my family.' Forget everything else. It's just all I thought. I wasn't worried about nothing else," Powell remembered. Powell said the bullet cracked his ribs but didn't hit any vital organs. ❤️"[Doctors] didn't believe it — after all these X-rays, that I can live after being shot like that," the veteran revealed.🙏

It takes a stone-cold evil bastard to open fire on a disabled and elderly man in a wheelchair like that.
Apparently the TDS shooter was the aggressor ripping a patch off/from the disabled man. Who then pulled a knife then an airsoft gun. A lefty? In seattle? Doubt that he sees any real consequences unless domeone spins the race angle.

Ok, a prank.. but from TheBlaze's article on this we read

Believers KNOW demon possession is REAL!
For some reason after seeing this, I am getting
"They Live" vibes from the 1988 movie.
I'm just waiting for the sunglasses to show up.
I have never seen anything like this in my life.
What a little pussy bitch.
I hope the guy in the wheelchair survived.
What’s happening? I’m so confused. Did the guy in a wheelchair actually have a gun?
It was an air soft gun, according to reports. Not a real gun.
It depends. I didn't get a good look in the video, though. My nephew played airsoft when he was a kid, and all of his airsoft guns had orange pieces on them that gave it away. I've seen others that look real.

That’s terrible.
