Moloko Plus or Knifey Moloko, stemmed from the Russian word for milk, is the barbiturate-spiked milk served within the Korova Milk Bar. It's mentioned in both the movie and book when Alex and his droogs drink drencrom to prepare for a night of violence and just in the book when Alex returns alone after his release from State Jail 84f.
There are three types of Moloko plus served within the Milk Bar; vellocet (mixed with most likely amphetamines), synthemesc (mixed with synthetic mescaline) and drencrom (mixed with adrenochrome and possibly unnamed hallucinogens). It can be served to minors because of its lack of alcohol.

Stanley revealed the elite that worship Satan and practice sex with children as part of their worship in Eyes Wide Shut. I wonder what they deleted of the movie after Stanley was Arkancided?
Rumor is that he revealed that "top of the pyramid" is not human. Shadowy "leader" in movie supposedly revealed in a short scene to be nonhuman, alien, or demon. Director's Cut got nuked/modified after Kubrick died. He had negotiated some sort of "content control" for the Director's Cut in his contract, so they had to kill him to take that away and modify what he put together.

Kubrick's early movie work is quite disturbing. It is full of murder, rape, bondage, torture, and violence. And that was in the 1950s.
Kubrick was the first person to be offered the Director position for the 'Lord of the Rings' movie version way back. He refused. Says it all, imo.

A second clue alluding to foreknowledge of 9-11 in '2001: A Space Odyssey' (1968) after the Rockefeller brothers started zoning and planning for WTC in 1965-66. 1968 is exactly 33 years prior, by the way.
