NO!!!! Mandatory filming and distribution on all the major networks, at 5pm, so most folks will have to watch it. Remind the evil people in this country what their crimes will result in hanging if they are caught. And show the good people that the evil people are being permanently removed from this planet. If folks are too squeemish to watch the hanging, then I guess they can turn the boob tube off for a few minutes.
How about both / and? Me thinks I agree, but it should be on the 6 pm news, for those who work a normal workday and still have to get home. Those who want to watch at a different hour can pay for the non - dinnertime slot.
